Entering the premises through a remote controlled gate you find the house on the right.

When entering the house you find a small hallway and directly forward you find the living, with fireplace and sofa arrangements on your right. Behind the fireplace there is a dining area for 8 persons, with possibility for 10 seats. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the left of the entrance.

The house has 4 functional bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. One bedroom has a bathroom en suite with shower, toilet and wash. The other bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet and wash. In 2 of the bedrooms there are build in closets. The other 2 bedrooms have a closet to share.

All bedrooms have separate entrances to the outside area.

When walking through the living you enter the terrace area with the most amazing views and a absolute cosy terrace with lounge furniture and a dining table for 8 persons. By the pool there is an area with 2 mattresses of 140×200 meter for relaxing sunbathing or enjoy the sun on one of the 2 sun beds. There is a washing machine and a clothesline outside.

There is a playground for small children in 5 minutes walking distance.

The direct area of the house is an urbanization which is located 5 km east of Marbella. Supermarket, restaurants, beach bars and clubs, beauty salons and hairdressers are within walking distance. All in all a great combination for an unforgettable holiday.

More low key than it’s brash neighbours Marbella and Puerto Banús, Marbella is a more traditionally Spanish town. A sweeping sandy bay with a wide promenade forms the southern edge of the town whilst to the north. At the western end of the town, located next to the commercial fishing port, a charming marina is replete with local and international restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The town itself dates back to Roman times but the maze of small streets flanked by white-washed houses was built by the Moors. The bustling town centre with its leafy plazas and many pedestrianised streets and offers fantastic shopping, eating and drinking for all ages.

During the winter months, the SIERRA NEVADA is a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness. Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Estepona. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.
