This villa has the best view of the whole region of Los Lomas de Mijas. This ‘white’ city is known for its idyllic narrow streets.

This luxurious villa is situated in the best area for golfers. Within a distance of 10 – 15 minutes driving there are more than 25 golf courses.
The fantastic Valderama course is located within a 45 minute drive. If you want to treat yourself and your family/friends on a high end holiday, this will be the place.
Within a 10 minute walk you enter the city of Mijas. While sitting in the back of a donkey- or horse wagon you can enjoy the views of this beautiful city with its cosy squares with restaurants and a great variety of shops with leather goods and traditionally painted china. The colourful flora enriches this lovely city.

The villa is situated in a quiet surrounding and has completely open panoramic views.
Entering the villa you will find kitchen and further down the spacious and bright living room. From the kitchen and living room there is access to the terrace with dining table, BBQ and an area with lounge furniture for late even drinks.
Virtually all the rooms and terraces enjoy a unique panorama. Even from the kitchen you can enjoy views to the Mediterranean, the city and the mountains.
There is an attached guest house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. The guesthouse is air-conditioned with mobile ventilator systems.
There is a iron gate that divides the guesthouse from the main building.
The villa comprises 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The living is spacious and with beautiful views. The kitchen is an extension of the living room, with a dining space for 6 – or rather a panoramic bay window. This bay has full size windows from (nearly) floor to ceiling whereby the entire panorama can be enjoyed. There are four bathrooms, plus one guest toilet in the main house.
There are several terraces around the villa, each with its charm. The swimming pool is 9 * 4.5 meter and depht from 2.2 – 1 meter and is situated on the ground area where there is a dining table and some sun beds.

Parking: It is possible to park with one car at the main house. Eventual other cars can park at the guest house level. The level difference between the main house and the guest house is approximately 6 meters.
The closest international airport is Malaga. It is located only 25 minutes from the airport and it takes 10 minutes by car to Fuengirola city center. It is 5 km to the beach and a great water fun park, the whole family can enjoy.
Centro comercial MIRAMAR  is a nice new shopping center with restaurants, cinemas,with spanish and international brands etc.
Golfcourses in grandest diversity in Europe within a range of 5 – 30 minutes drive.
Mijas Pueblo offers good restaurants, shops, outdoor cafe’s, its own bullring.
Mijas is a enjoyable place and its architecture gives a good impression of old times on the Costa del Sol.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness. Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.
Normally Sierra Nevada closes in the first weekend in May.
